i just eat real clean food. Nothing processed and i try to keep it as organic as possible...i never drink soda but that is because i just dont like soda. every once in a while its ok to indulge yourself just keep it in moderation and keep it clean :)

Very interesting article. i really noticed a difference in my weight loss when i ate larger breakfasts and lunches and smaller dinners. I wasn't doing it on purpose i just have not been that hungry for dinner.

Thanks for the recipes. I see a lot of recipes that include a lot of fat free or sugar free items and i would rather have food that hasn't been modified. But coming up with interesting meals can get hard after a while. thanks

I actually like the spaghetti squash over using the zucchini. I tried it for the first time last week and really felt like i was getting the same satisfaction as i would eating pasta. Of course its not exactly the same. It is not as tender as pasta and it has a sweet after taste. I really liked it with some olive oil salt…
