I am in the same exact boat as you. I can never seem to reach my goal weight. It's almost like sabotage. Always gaining and losing that same weight. Yo-yo dieters. I aim for about 55 - 75 as well (sometimes 80 if I exercise a lot) and I seem to meet the goal without much trouble. Often times I go 5 - 10 grams over.
