That's not *****y but nor is it kind or informed. No, I don't eat carbs, haven't for many years. But I do eat protein and veg. Some fruit, Clean food. Got to be better than the amount of protein shakes/ bars and other processed cr*p that so-called 'healthy' people on here seem to revel in, no.....?

Yeah... I exercise kind of a lot I guess... Couple of strength session per week plus minimum 35kms running ( broken up over 3 sessions) I just think I look better skiinny. Annoyingly, I look better a few pounds heavier in a bathing suit. But dressed I look better skinny. And you spend most of your time dressed... So.....…

Not really, just since New Year. I've almost always been a breakfast skipper, meaning a 14-16hourish fast daily, but wanted to up the ante a bit. Well, hello there! I'm doing 34hrs every 2nd day at the moment (from 11ish one night until 9ish the day after the day after that) and I have to say, the no-eat days are so much easier than the eat days. But I am an all-or-nothing sort of person I think. Hope it has some fantastic results soon!
