Any runners using a Fitbit?
And if so, what do you think? My garmin has always been fine for my runs but I'm now incorporating different activities for which it's a bit cumbersome. So I'm considering alternatives.... Thanks in advance

Water fluctuations
So I had soy sauce on my veg the other night. Next morning - 3lbs up. A day of herbal tea, lean protein and veg... Back down by 3lb. Crazy huh? Anyone else experience similar?

What's your trigger food?
You know... The one that you find hard to resist, or the ones that set you off on a spiral... For me it's bread. So basic. But I'm coeliac so it's a double no: carbs and gluten. Does anyone else find that by cutting one food group/ taste sensation, they crank up their desire for another!?
