My activity level is set to active and my calorie intake is 1200 ( which I think is the lowest I can go). It seems odd that I would get only 80 extra calories to eat when I ran 4 miles (at a 10min mile). Overall I had 13,500 steps for the day. My fitbit is telling me I burned 2100 - and if I'm at a 500 calorie deficit…

Same here! I'm a chronic yoyo dieter. I actually like to run and exercise and am very active... But-- I eat like a champ and frequently go over the edge (food is so good). I need to figure out what works to maintain a healthy weight long term. 25 5'3 and 13 lbs to go.
