  • Smoothtacular- Thats PERFECT!! Thank you so much!!! I knew someone would come up with something totally different! Thank you thank you thank you!
  • I wish I could like this lol
  • I myself eat lower calories but you are eating way way to little. Along with the exercise you are doing it is not only unhealthy for you but is causing your body to go into starvation mode, and may even lead to an eating disorder later even though you have not wanted to do that. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day…
  • Dancing, and Ive been doing it since I was 5 and absolutely suck at it! unless its tap or Ceroc, I am actually okay with those lol. Otherwise I am hopeless
  • They always made me physically ill, I just ignored it back then because I wanted that particular food so much. But now its even worse because my body is getting use to eating healthy (Eg if I drink alot of Cola now, my tounge and throat literally start being eaten away and I end up in pain for a few days cause my body is…
  • Oh and if anyone thinks I am full of it my dairy is and has always been open, look at it yourself. I was logging everything in up til recently where I got busy with kids being sick all the time. And every one of those days that I did a full log in day (Some are only half full as I would forget to go back and do it and then…
  • FFS It wasn't me who was asking the advice. I am having success on what I am doing. I had actually already made a comment at the start of this thread giving this poor girl advice, then found the comment about the guy basically telling her that if she ate properly she should reach it, so I was saying it isn't possible for…
  • THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! This was what I was trying to say, but didn't know how To everyone else. No I didn't get fat on only eating 1500 calories a day. I got fat on eating too many high calorie, high fat, high sugar food that were loaded with chemicals that left me HUNGRY all day, PLUS I didn't do any exercise.…
  • Hehhehehe @ the poop :D You made my day! Thanks all :) Now I think about it, it would be water retention.... Now to figure out how to help that! :)
  • You don't HAVE to move on if you don't want to :) It might take longer to get through it but you will feel much better about it. I think it is for those who are generally fit and do alot of strength work already, for toning up etc BUT it can't hurt if you are not already :D Some exercise is better than no exercise
  • You don't need alot of space to do the first level (Not sure about other levels yet), and I watch it off my laptop and its fine :) I mostly just listen to it though to see when to change onto the next exercise :)
  • I am on day 4 level 1, plus doing extra cardio too. I did do a few sessions of it last week too just to get my body use to it before going hard out :)
  • Ive done the same thing :D I brought a gorgeous top, was only $5 so was like why not? I have also kept all my too small clothes from a few years ago in hope I will fit them again one day (I have already been able to pull out 2 jeans and 3 tops from clothes I put away just before christmas)
  • Because I ENJOY eating it! And I didn't know at the time thats all it was. And like I said I do eat things like PB etc, I went back on my records and found a day which was a bad day for me, eating things like ice cream, cheese cake, roast dinner, chips etc, and it only was 1600 calories! One of my days was all bran,…
  • You can do it! :) The hardest part is getting through that first week! And you are further than you were 2 days ago :) Remember it takes 30 DAYS to form a new habit. Keep with it and I promise you it will start to get easier!
  • Thanks :) Its just a bit funny I have gained a huge amount only since starting it (I weighed myself the day before I started it) and have eating fine. I suppose I will figure it out lol.
  • Thats what I thought too, but my eating has been fine etc I know you gain weight when gaining muscle but THAT MUCH? Its a real downer to see when you work so hard. It wouldn't be such an issue if I wasn't so overweight already
  • That is BS if I ever saw it. I don't eat "Low fat" etc foods as I believe they contain a high amount of unhealthy chemicals. I eat alot of homemade soups, smoothies, breads, PB, cheese etc and I STILL can not get to 1400-1500 some days. Its only if I eat crap food I can reach my calorie goals (And even then it is my…
  • If you find you don't have time for lunch but would like to eat at that time, maybe just pack things you can eat on the go, eg fruit, healthy bars, crackers, sandwiches with a simple spread on them (Like Peanut butter) I believe in eating when I am hungry, not in eating to keep myself from getting hungry OR trying to keep…
  • All the time! When I came back from my honeymoon I was back at work the next day, and I came down with the worse flu ever. I still went into work but I was basically no help at all, my manager was like once you have done that job then go home. It was a half hour job, a hour and half later I was only half way through it…
  • I have big hips and boobs. I hated having a hourglass figure, then when I finally learnt to love it I put on another 45kgs and hate it again :/ Maybe one day I will love it again lol
  • Holy Frick! AMAZING MUCH????!!!!!!!!! Well done!! I hope to look just as amazing as you one day!
  • I want to lose 40 kgs which is I think about 85-90 lbs. Lost 4.6 so far (11lb)
  • I literally just do the "Eat when I am physically hungry" thing. Alot of the foods I eat are low calorie BUT extremely fulling (I was shocked the other day when I had some raw cucumber and it only equaled to 8 calories! And that kept me full for a few hours) TBH I don't really pay too much attention to how little calories…
  • Something I have done for years, which I actually saw on Dr Oz the other day that it boosts your Metabolism too, is drinking cold water/drinks. He saw you should have drinks on ice 2-3 times a day to help boost it (I just drink fridge cold water all the time as thats how I have always liked it) Might be worth trying it if…
  • Allllllllllllll the time :) But mine can turn into an "I wish I looked like that" or "Why did I let myself get like this when I could look like that" kind of daydream while I am daydreaming about being thin, which is unhealthy lol. But then I snap myself out of it and go do some exercise or have a drink of water before it…
  • Yup I have heard that too, it took me a little longer cause I am stubborn ;) (Oh and lazy) but something finally clicked last week and I am refusing food I never thought I'd turn down!
  • Fantastic news hun! Well done!!
  • I like to try and aim for under 1400, but if I eat more when I do a good workout I'm not too worried. But I try to not eat over 1800 calories, even with a workout I generally like to start the day off with some All Bran and a smoothie which alone is over 500 calories just for breakfast BUT I generally do not have a morning…
