omg - that is so frustrating! I'm sure you will get back down in no time. My official weigh in day is Monday, but sometimes I step on the scale on Sundays. I get so excited when I see a low number on Sundays, then boom its higher the next day Monday. Happy Anniversary btw!

I almost bought the Slim-Fast coffee creamer (it was on sale at my store and placed front and center of the store). I even put it in my cart. I walked around and found a lower-carb and cheaper cream. After comparing labels, I put it right back.

Actually, keto has made a difference in my bathroom habits. I am very happy with the changes, since I've always had issues with constipation, now, I go a couple of times a day. Thank goodness

Quick hello everyone! I am still SWAMPED at work. I worked from 8am - 11:30pm yesterday, but the week is almost over! I cannot wait until my coworker stops her endless vacation...LOL I am so ready to get back to normal! In the meantime - these made me laugh through the stress/tears/pain....
