I don't watch but I heard on the radio this morning that all of the remaining contestants have banded together and walked off the set in a protest to a "twist" in the show. Apparently, they were going to allow previous contestants(from other seasons) come back for another chance to win. Here's the article... It's from TMZ…

I'm doing the exact same thing! I'm almost done with the 30DS and about halfway through 6W6P and then I'm doing RI30. My plan is to take March off of the planned workouts and do what I feel like each day and do a 30 day yoga challenge in April. After that, I'll start this one...

Same for me. I started out each level of 30DS with 3 lb weights and then after 4 or 5 days, I went up to 5 lbs. I think it just depends on what you can handle. Don't quote me on this but I think I read somewhere that they only use 5 lb weights in the video...

Just got an email about this. It's 15 DVDs, 4 for each month (looks like 1 per week) and a cardio DVD for each month. It does also come with a meal plan but I have a feeling that you would see great results from the DVDs alone. I might order it in a few months and try it out over the summer. I set exercise goals instead of weight loss goals because I'm super impatient and I'll end up just buying whatever I want before I've lost the weight. :laugh: When I finish the 30 day shred, I'm buying Urban Decay's Naked 2 palette(10 days left!) and when I finish Ripped in 30, I'm buying a pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers.…

Day 17 done today... I hate Level 2 with a firey passion. By the time circuit 3 rolls around, my shoulders are burning and I can barely hold a plank... I'm hoping Level 3 is better :laugh:

I finished L1D8 of the 30DS today. I took yesterday off because I had my wisdom teeth out (ouch!) but I knew if I didn't get back into it today, I would never start up again. My jaws hurt a little bit when I was jumping rope and doing the jumping jacks (weird, I know) but the rest of it was fine. The scale is FINALLY…

Day 8 of level 1 complete! I had my wisdom teeth out yesterday so I skipped but got back on it today. My jaws kinda hurt while jumping but I feel so much better now. I'm a little nervous for level 2 but I still have a few more days before that starts. :bigsmile:

My plan is to get through the 30 Day Shred and maybe start 6W6P. I also walk on the treadmill during my lunch hour 2-3 times per week (it's very convenient to have a gym right downstairs at work lol) and I'm trying to do Bikram Yoga 3 times per week. I started 30DS this morning and my arms are a little sore when I lift them. I also got 6W6P and I want to start that this weekend. Jillian is tough but I have a feeling this will help me stick to it. :) Reading what others have accomplished definitely gives me motivation.
