I was exactly the same! Bread, pasta, rice, potato always featured in my day, sometimes in all three meals. Now most of my carbs come from fruit and veg. This diet worries me mainly because I have a friend who has gone mad on it, yes she has lost loads of weight (she's been doing it far too long) but AS SOON as she deviates from the "diet" she bloats hence why she has got into a cycle. Oh snap, I had an awful weekend too! Scratch a line through it and start again, like the other said, water retention is highly likely especially as you drank heavily (dehydration and all that) If you have to weigh weekly do it on a friday before splurge! then you have a few days after the weekend to even things out again
