I am doing 5 days of week of zumba. I plan on starting my kettlebell workout (200 swings)in the morning again next week.

Some fruits and veg. are 0 calories. I am currently doing both and tracking online. I have never gone over my points or been in the red for mfp. Even though you may find low point items you still have to watch your carbs, sodium, fat and protein. That's why I am currently doing both

I like healthy choice frozen yogurt but when I'm looking for a homemade treat I like to take 2 tbs of sour cream, any flavor extract ( I prefer pound cake), and 1 packet of sugar substitute. I whip it up and freeze it. If I want something nutty or crunchy I will add nuts or granola.
