I have recently began doing kettle bell swings. I am also doing zumba class 5 days a week. Has anyone experienced kettle bell workouts resulting in slow weight loss progress?

No - the exact opposite for me. A week with kettlebells is an awesome weight loss week for me.
How often are you using the bell? How heavy is it? How good is your form?
Then if your weight loss is slow look at other things - how is your diet? Are you overestimating the calorie burn and eating back too much?0 -
Quite the opposite. Kettlebells can provide a great full-body workout. I use a lighter one for an extended cardio circuit and a heavier one for strength circuits.0

I have been under my calorie count everyday doing the fat smash diet. I started with a 15pound and now up to 20lbs. I am doing 200 swings a day. I am glad that you are having good results. I am not going to stop but I wanted to find out if anyone else was having this issue. I noticed that when I stopped doing the kettle bell and only did zumba I lost more. I think I will continue with both and note my progress.
