I forgot to say, Kerastraight has none of those nasty chemicals either, and you have to switch to a sulfate/paraben/sls free shampoo afterwards, but that's worth it as it keeps the treatment in your hair for longer!

I got the Kerastraight treatment back in January and I LOVE IT. It's only starting to wear off now, and I'm getting it re-done tomorrow morning. Thanks for the responses guys!!! Oh thank god I dont have to eat clean 100%, because that is impossible! I dd it about 75% for almost 2 months and I ended up being sick and nauseous all the time. My body wasn't ready for a totally healthy lifestyle! But I'm working back up to it now so we'll get to 80% eventually!

Thanks so much guys! My stomach has calmed down, finally, but I'm still being pretty cautious. I think it was more so that I probably increased my fibre too quickly? Hopefully I won't jinx myself now.

I'm down to 128 from 130!!! Height: 5'4.9 S.W.: 132 C.W. 128 G.W. 124ish... It depends on how I look! It's more so body fat % I will concentrate on, once I am solidly in the early 120s and happy enough in a bikini! May 24th, HERE WE COME! :P

I started out doing them weighted, and then as I got to day 13, and there were a lot more squats, I would just do as many as possible as weighted, and then do the last 20 just body weight? I also mixed it up by doing sumo and normal and feet together squats, to work all parts of the gluteus mazimus.

I'm in and i'll start today! I got as far as day 13 last time and then got lazy but I'll just tarts at the reps from where u left off and do 30 days from there, at higher reps! Whoop whoop! Excited!

I AM IN!!! I am 5'4 and 130lbs, wanna get down to 125 by May 22nd! I need to work on being consistent! I can eat healthy and workout, but never at the same time... :( Just bought a new bikini so I need to get my butt in shape!!! :D

I don't want to become too obsessed with the scales? I am 130 lbs and 5'4, looking to lose 6 lbs, so I know that most of my weight differences will be in terms of body fat, and not actual pounds. I'm just curious as to what others do?

I'm ok with only losing a few pounds, but I whave heard people say on these threads that if you put on muscle, but dont lose the fat on top of it, you will look bigger? And I know that is only for a little while and then the new muscle burns the fat covering it, but I presume a month isnt enough to burn the fat on top, if…

What sort of weight lifting should I be doing? I dont have a great gym at the moment, it is more of a leisure centre, but it has a lot of basic machines, etc. What would you recommend as a beginner?
