I agree, with all of the above. I was a bit sore this morning but did Day 2. While doing it my legs were shaky and now I have Jello legs.

I tried this today. I liked them but two things I would change - a) I added apple to mine. Deeelish! b) I would cut out the salt. I found them too salty.

Finished day 1 about an hour ago. I forgot how damn hard the first cardio circuit is with jumping jacks and jump rope. It makes me want to die but I did it! Stats: Weight: 115lbs Bust: 32 Waist: 26.5 Bicep: 10.5 Hips: 35 Thighs: 22 Calves: 13.4

Being from Waterloo, Ontario (where BB is made), I too am a Blackberry used and impatiently waiting for the app. I work 12 hour days and it gets tricky to remember what I've eaten for the day. haha

I wouldn't be too concerned, as long as your getting in your calories needed. However, I would make sure you're eating a good breakfast to start your metabolism for the day.

I work 2 jobs - a full-time job and a part-time job, so I often have days where I leave the house around 7:30 and return at 8:00pm. This is one of my biggest struggles.
