My birthday is right before Halloween, no one else ever has cake. haha I've purchased a couple things to help my sweet tooth - Fat Free chocolate pudding, jell-o, 90 calorie ice cream bars and I make some low calorie chocolate chip cookies that I keep in the freezer.

I've been slacking but I did L2D3 today! I hurt my re-injured my tailbone during the workout today though (hurt it last week snowboarding). Now it's throbbing :(

Bump! Any other insight on this? I went again today for 2 hours and 45 minutes and it says I burned 855 calories. I don't think this is even close!

In my opinion, it doesn't involve you so there's no point in confronting him. If he wants to lie to HIMSELF that's his choice but he won't see the results he wants.

Have any Canadians found this in stores? I checked the website and they change you as much as the Peanut butter to ship it (another $15.00).

My usual is either; tuna sandwich, turkey sandwich/wrap or homemade egg mcmuffin (no meat). I then will add veggies like carrot sticks and cucumber.

I had to modify a lot too. I have very little upper body strength so the plank pose is hard for me on it's own.

I went snowboarding today (for the first time) and when I got back and logged it, I thought it was VERY high. I don't know if it is, I just didn't feel like I burned 500+ calories

I had a crazy week (I've worked 99 hours in the last 2 weeks) buuut I completed L1 D10 of the shred today! I will move up tomorrow!

I move to level 2 tomorrow. When I started level 1 I was in pain for 5 days but pushed through everyday. After that I was fine but kept with it, so I'm sure (at least I'm hoping) level 2 and 3 will be like that too! haha

I'm always "in the red" on my protein too. I've learned to ignore it. haha!
