  • My first 5k was the Susan Koeman 5K last year. I was 24 and my time was about 45 minutes, which included stopping so my mom could use the rest room.

  • Ive had bariatric surgery, so Ive had all the lovely blood work ups and physician visits and such about this same issue. I too have low metobolism and they said that there are a few things that can help. The first is being Vitamin B12 (and taking it with orange juice, or getting the drops helps it be absorbed the fastest),…
  • I had the band on 11/11/10. I think I lost more on my liquid diet before than I have since I got the band, but that is all my fault because I ate around the band. Im working on better food choices (since I only have 1000 cals a day) and working out more. feel free to add me as a friend

  • I'm in! I was just looking for a group like this! I had the lap band surgery about 6 months ago and need to start getting on track with my exercise to acheive the full benifits of the surgery! Do we have any other bariatric patients out there who are doing this challenge? Id love to meet someone in the same boat.
