Good for you! The first step is taking responsibility and accepting you need to make changes like this in your life..and clearly you've already done that! You can do it! This is such an awesome program to help..WAY better then a diet! Keep a great attitude and you'll be on your way to success! :))

Think..with all that you're doing..you're probably gaining A LOT of muscle..which weighs more than fat!...Keep a positive attitude..and you CAN do it! Drinks lots and lots of water..and believe it or not..that will curve your appetite and make you feel fuller longer!..i didn't believe it til I tried it ..and it works! :))

I just started about a week ago!...I've never had a problem with having a few extra lbs until this last year..I started having problems with my thyroid..I went from 118 to 138 in just a couple months..and would like to get off the 20 lbs before summer hits! :D
