Thanks; I'm fairly new to the strength training scene. I appreciate your input very much. I do like the idea of a natural sweetener instead of sucralose. I'll have to check that Reload stuff out...or better yet, just take it like a woman, and drink my BCAAs unflavored. Still wondering about fasted strength training though.…
