Frozen Salmon Nutritional info different from package??

When weighing out my skin-on, wild caught, Atlantic pink salmon frozen fillets, I notice they range about 140 to 180 grams. When I look at the package, it says one of these packaged fillets is about 100 calories.
Online, however, salmon is listed as being like somewhere around 241 calories for 6 ounces.
So um, that's kind of a big difference. Should I add these to my diary the way they're labeled, or use generic salmon online data? Which do you use?

Yeah, they're thawed. It's crazy how they can label these as being 100 calorie fillets, when they're really closer to 200 and some...what the heck...0
