I reckon your hungry as your probably eating a lot of carb based foods or processed foods? Stock up on Lots of protein Fruit Veggies Drink lots of water too - Some people think there hungry - They are actually thirsty. If your drinking soda/fizzy pop/coke etc - Cut that out!!

I think that would be pretty hard to lose 20lbs - But I would say getting to 140lbs should be your lowest not 135lbs! Your at a good height & weight already. If you are losing your burning more than your taking in!! If you want to remain the same weight, eat a bit more. If you want to carrying on losing a bit, carry on what your doing! Now you have lost weight - You need to recheck your BMR & TDEE. People forget to do this again once they have lost weight!! Check your stats…

I went to Ibiza and partied hard for a week, I have come back & not been to the gym for a week. That's two weeks of no gym and not eating right...... Oh well!!!!! I am back on it from today : ) Go and let your hair down .... As if your going to count calories on holiday... Your on holiday!!! : )

The majority of that I would say is water weight! A lot of people lose a bit when they start any new diet regime. I would say not to eat below your BMR - Mine is 1450 and I never eat below this! Maybe add a couple of hundred : )

Why would you want to exercise that much to burn 1,000 calories??? God you would have to be in the gym for like 1.5 hours - 2 hours a day!!! How many calories was you eating before???? Well yes that is right then if you were eating say 4,000 - 5,000 calories, and now your eating under 3,000 of course your going to lose weight!!! I would keep at it, and incorporate some fun exercise.

I know I am starving you said.................... WHY??? Why you starving yourself to lose weight!!! Quick weight loss doesn't work in the long term. Many people who lose weight fast - Also put on weight fast after. Just eat healthy & exercise - That's it!!!!!!!!!! Don't complicate it

If your tired all the time, try taking some multi vitamins to pick you up! How much fruit & veggies are you consuming? Drink lots of water I find if I eat lots of carby foods, I feel tired. Exercise is really good : )

I think your over thinking it & looking into it too much!!!! You cant put on weight that quickly - Your legs or thighs cant be slim one week, then chunky the next week Its impossible!! Its all in YOUR HEAD!! Trust me!!!! Learn to love food, eat healthy & work out - That really is it!!!!!! We all have mental weekends…

I think time varies on different people. Its only when you see someone you haven't seen in a while - They notice straight away! Or looking back at photo's of yourself. I think we don't notice it too much ourselves.... Its others that pick it up!!!
