I had surgery Feb 20th... I gained alot of water/gas weight... it eventually went down. You should see a decreasement in 3 weeks at least. Hang in there. I ate 1700 (logged everything) and still lost weight. It also took 3 weeks to get bowels back in order. Hope you heal fast and well.

I think Leslie Sanson is a good motivator...walk at home. I like to use hand weights for strength training... fun to me. Bike riding

1. take 1 tbsp. of natural peanut butter(I use chunky) and put on a chocolate crunch rice cake... love it. 2. 4 0z Dole cup of diced peaches in 100% juice with 6 raw pecan halves... 3. At Krogers they have a bag of CHia seeds fruit crunch... add to plain greek yogurt.

I eat between 1500-1900 daily... I work out 3 times a week. I am losing an average of 1.34 pounds a week.

I had surgery on feb 20th and I lost alittle over a pound a week during recovery...sitting in the recliner. I was amazed.... I made sure I logged everything and kept my intake around 1700 and drink your water. From day before surgery and until now... lost 7 pounds(been 4 weeks as of today).

I never had it turn orange with pizza but I have turned pink/red with beets. The first time that happened to me scared me until I realized it was the beets!

someone I know "uses" Body by Vi... maybe lost a few pounds but I have lost more and make my own smoothies... less expensive too. He tried to get me to buy into it but I wouldn't...

Thanks, I went and calculated and after subtracting my 20% deficit, I should be eating 2498... sounds high to me.

I just had some... this is what I got and logged. 2 cups of boiled cabbage(without butter)... 68 calories Reuben's Corned Beef brisket...point cut... 158 calories/3 oz. and 210 calories/4 oz.

I had that... it hurts! Hot soaks helped... but for me, time. My dr. made a foot guard(sole inserter) that really helped.
