I have it and have not consistently used it...but I love the workout - going to try and stick with it for the next 3 weeks doing it at least 2-4 times a week on top of my gym workout and see what results I can get - I am sure it will get the job done - I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the 25 minute workout

Sounds like a great Challenge...I'm just starting back to my workout...been on workout vactions since about March...so my goal will be to get in 60 miles for the month of October...I'm thinking 2.5 miles for 20 out of the 31 days should get me there...READY SET GO...Think I'll go walk her in about 30 mins!
