I highly recommend the video this week...I think it was day 15. She talks about the "pounds" lost and the scale. I barely lost any weight but I'm smaller in inches..

For breakfast I usually have a carnation instant breakfast with milk....It fills me up for quite sometime. Oh ok, I understand now. I had it at 1 pound a week and it gives me 1500..but I changed it to 1.5 and it went down to 1300. Thanks!

I've been weighing myself about one a week as well and every time I weigh myself, I do it in the morning.
