That's amazing! I had that experience approx ten years ago, I went from a 14 to an 8 and cried in the dressing room! I hope to do that again soon. Very proud of you, CONGRATS!!

Well I gave up after the lunch. It was horrible but I thought maybe I will just substitute the lunch and make it edible! Then do everything else and see how it goes. Wish me luck!

OK, Day 1, lunch was gross! I don't like tomatoes so it was a vegetable sandwich and it was awful. She says "no substitutions" but I'm going to try to sub the lunch portion and see how it goes. It's 950 calories per day for 10 days...Who knows?

The book is good but I just don't know about the same meal every day for 10 days. I am trouble staying on it but started again today. Wish me luck!

I am not walking around the office today, I am getting around using walking lunges and once an hour I'm adding in 10 squats! A great way to get 80 squats in throughout the day. Try it!

Sounds similar to my situation. I am eating 1200 cals or a little less, workout and burn approx 400-500 cals 5-6 days per week. Ths is week 4 and I have lost week 1, 6lbs, week 2, 2lbs, week 3, 2lbs. This past week I didn't cheat and gained a pound. It sucks but I know I'm doing everything right so I know it will all level…
