There's no "proper" way that I know of. I like to switch it up too. Some days I'll do the 20 minute express &/or the flat abs and other days I'll do the cardio party. When I get brave, I'll do Zumba Live lol

I went from an 8 1/2 to a 7 so i would say in my case, yes

amen. i used alli for a while and had to use panty liners constantly because of the damn orange oil discharge. don't do it. at all.

I was a really big fan of the 30 day shred. I did get great results off of it but i don't know. it just got too easy for me after a while. I'd def recommend it though!

I use my Wii Fit board as my scale. last week i went to the doctor's office with my friend and out of curiosity jumped on the scale and it told me the same thing that the balance board tells me.

LOL She said it best :) But yeah mine have shrunk. Not that I lost much cause mine were ginormous to begin with, but I'm actually glad that mine are going down because it's WAY less stress on my lower back.

When I first started I burned over 400 per Level. I've been on Level 3 for quite sometime now and burn an average of 200 calories.

I don't take a day off. Me and my sister decided that Sunday would be what we call an "easy day" where were still workout just not nearly as much as the other days.

I use my Wii Fit Balance board as a scale. i like that it gives you your BMI :)

Only when I do the Yoga Meltdown. Otherwise I have on sneakers that have some kind of 'technology' to them :)

i did 6 days on L1. I've been doing L2 for about 8 days. I'm about to switch off to L3. :)

I've been doing it for a little over a week and I've lost 2.2 lbs with it already. and it says UP TO 20lbs. :)

my sister does Zumba for the Kinect and in the first two weeks she lost 5 pounds! I do Zumba for the Wii. I definitely suggest it!

yeah i learned this month NOT to weigh myself around that time of the month. it had said that i had gained 3lbs, but that went away and took some friends with it when i was done. typical weight gain is anywhere between 1-4lbs. don't sweat it!

I don't think that's too fast. I lost 11 pounds in the first three weeks. It's going to slow to a crawl now lol
