In what order do you do the dvd's? I get so confused so i just switch it up every now and again, but not sure if there is a proper way to use them lol

I don't have the videos, but this question was brought up at a Zumba class I attended. The instructor said to use them in whatever order you wanted, but to switch it up each day.0

There's no "proper" way that I know of. I like to switch it up too. Some days I'll do the 20 minute express &/or the flat abs and other days I'll do the cardio party. When I get brave, I'll do Zumba Live lol0

Mine came with a little booklet with weekly recommendations for beginners, weight loss and improvers. I'll look it up later. I remember for beginners it was two days of learning the steps then two days of the 20 minutes.0

I have the original and new set and I just mix them up depending on my mood. I try to keep it right around an hour but sometimes I'll do 2, like maybe Fit & Tone from the original set along with Rush from the new set, or the ab workout from the old set with Mix from the new. They are all so much fun!
Except I really don't like the "Ripped" DVD much. No way anyone is getting "ripped" doing those exercises with 1 lb weights. I like the old 'Fit & Tone' better. But I'm going to get some heavier weights and maybe that will make me feel like I'm actually getting something out of the Ripped workout.0 -
I switch them up. I like doing the live cardio and the 20 minute express together and then I may do the cardio party and the abs together, then another day I may due live cardio and then abs. It is just what I feel like doing at the moment. I think once you get the hang of it you can do anyone you want. I really do not like the sculpt one because it does seem to sculpt or work my muscles like I need it too.
I think when you are just starting out you are suppose to do the beginner one, learning the steps and then move on to the 20 minute gradually working your way up to the live cardio. However, as I said before if you now the moves and are comfortable then mix it around and change it up!0 -
I am not a beginner so I switch it up, some days I'll do the cardio party, others Zumba Live, or Sculpt & Tone plus Flat Abs. There isn't a right or wrong way...ok wrong is not using the DVDs
I even created a playlist on Youtube for other routines:
