I'm another who has lost over a hundred pounds and I started out by walking! Walking is enough to get you started and as the weight drops you'll be able to do more and more! Good luck!

I'm in! My goal is 5500 calories burned this week. Monday 2/6: 1147 burned walking at an incline for 30 minutes, 30 min on the elliptical, 10 min of the stair climber, and 35min of weight lifting. I have 3853 calories to go!

I'm another who can totally relate: the only way I manage is to keep all those bad choices out of the house, and it subsides in a couple of days. We women are tested and monthly prove what warriors we truly are!!

I sweat profusely at the gym, turn red, and leave in need of a shower...but, I LOVE that feeling!
