I love Silk Light Plain Soymilk. Lots of protein and its great on cereal or with protein shakes. I've probably been getting the same kind for close to 10 years-never really cared for real milk.

agree-it has the best texture and the least tang but the most protein. i like to get the plain and add a teaspoon of domino light stevia blend and a tablespoon of pb2...soooooo good!

either push up bars or dumbells with a flat bottom (so they won't roll) can really help with the wrists.

a lot of healthfood stores have trial packs that you can get. theyre usually just one serving so you dont get stuck with a 50 gallon tub that youll hate :) PlantFusion Vanilla Bean is my favorite!
