just make sure you're above your BMR. Try breaking it up into 5 or 6 small meals so you don't feel so stuffed.

your BMR is 1768. using the harris benedict method to calculate your total calories burned in a day (im guessing exercise maybe 3-5x a week) you would take the 1768 * 1.55 = 2740. you burn 2740 calories a day, if you exercise. if you want to lose 1 lb per week, subtract 500 calories from that, which is 2240 calories a day.…

Maybe download something different like a book on tape (geez that makes me sound old)...something good and long like the Hobbit. Thats what i usually do on car trips.

A combo of strength with some cardio would be the perfect storm. If you don't like treadmills, try something like kickboxing-awesome way to get out frustration too! You cold also try spin classes or zumba...there's lots of options!

defintely eat the 877 but i definitely suggest calculating your calorie needs. just go to bmi-calculator.net and start off by calculating your BMR. they have really great explanations of what everything means.

^^ this. I eat from 110-140 g of protein a day. Protein alone won't make someone fat. Consuming more calories than they burn makes people fat.
