We may be totally different shapes. My arms and legs are like skinny little pins :-( all my weight is carried on my mid section, giving me a chubby middle - maybe you're just better proportioned that me.

yeah - i really do need to work on my abs - my problem is more tonning that weight loss. I had Really skinny arms and legs and now they are tonning quite well - i actually have a calf :D before i just had two pins.. - just the mid section i cant seem to tone :D i think harder exersise is my answer - and more abs specific…

Hi - I bought a pair last week - felt a bit off extra muscle use the first day i wore them on the treadmill - but not really since. Time will tell I suppose.. They are wierd at first, but you quickly get used to them. They are however, very very comfy :D good running shoes. However - they are quite bulky looking.
