People who misuse the word "seen". The past tense of "see" is "saw". If you add "have" before "seen", you can be right, too. Examples: I've seen the first two Hobbit movies and am worried to see the third. Have you seen my pants? I could swear I saw them here last night. "I seen that" is never okay. Ever.

Aaaaand now I wish I was having sushi for supper haha I agree with all above. I compile the calories from several sources and make a guess based on that (thick rice layer = higher estimate, etc).

Thanks, gents. Even with getting back on the treadmill, the numbers aren't really moving yet. Maybe it's time to leave the scale alone for a while, kind of like avoiding watching the clock till the end of the work day. And to stop eating so much garbage. Why does garbage have to be so damned tasty?
