Thanks everyone, I am finding it hard to get going, but I do the same when I start I get obsessed over exercise and food, then when I fall off I really fall off. Gotta find a way to get balance in both. I do get deja vu from being here near the holidays over and over...

I haven't quit, but have done a serious cut-back, and I am much better because of that decision. I now only buy really good wine, scotch or very low calorie beer, and only have it once in awhile. I started in January and its hasn't been fast, but I use this site to keep me on track, both with food and exercise, I feel much better, and unlike with my other diets I have chosen to just eat healthier, choosing better foods, but not restricting myself to only certain kinds of foods. Some very good advice here, you should be eating more and add a lot of variety to your exercise, you are doing well, but don't try to starve your body, won't work.

I did P90X2 and Rodney Yee Yoga for almost 85 days now, 5 to 6 times a week and had to modify the heck out of it in the first month, but I kept at it. I had to commit to the time, but I made it work. I haven't lost a ton of weight, nor do I look like some of the people on the Beachbody site, but I feel great, lost about 20…
