One month and gaining.
I have been doing P 90X2 now for a month and following the program, with some days where I could have eaten better, but i have gained five pounds. What am I doing wrong?

I have struggled with weight for a long time. Trying this again, with a good exercise program. Looking for friends.

Starting over
I don't know how to get back to where I was, I have stopped with MFP and not much exercise, any advice on how to kick start this again especially coming up to the holiday season?
