One month and gaining.

I have been doing P 90X2 now for a month and following the program, with some days where I could have eaten better, but i have gained five pounds. What am I doing wrong?

    Gaining = eating more than you are burning.

    You look like you are logging fairly consistently however, you do use a lot of generic entries and cup measurements. So while you are consistent, your accuracy is questionable.
    Are the homemade entries yours?
    Do you have a food scale?

    You're eating more than you think you are.

    I took a quick look at your diary and your logging doesn't seem very accurate. Are you using a food scale to weigh your solid foods?

    Weight loss comes down to Calories in < Calories out. It's great that you're exercising but if you're eating more than you're burning, you're not going to lose. And you can't know how much you're eating if you're not diligent with your logging.

    I have found that you must also count oils, butter, margarine.....the little things count too.
