I have several!!! Oats with Chocolate PB2 and a little agave. 225 calories and holds me easily for 3 hour 2 brown eggs scrambled with ff cottage cheese mixed in. I top this with black beans and diced tomatoes!!!

I have never eaten my calories back and have done well. However, if you are wanting to gain muscle, I think you definately need to eat them back. If you want to lose weight, try going with out them and uping your water intake. Works for me.

I will be running my third half marathon on april 21st. I did 2 in the fall of last year. I am aiming to beat my own best time of 2:04:45. I would really like to come in under 2 hours. I am getting very serious about my training. Watch food and getting plenty of workouts and running in!! I pray it pays off!!

I am also a runner and have had a few injury issues. The way i look at it is running is something i want to do long term so I need to take care of these injuries so they dont put me out of the game prematurely. Get it checked out. If you have a good doctor they will give you good advice that will pay off in the long run.…

If you have a smart phone you can down load a metronome app. it will beat according to how many bpm you set. Play with it til you figure out where your comfortable and then download the music that falls into that range. I have run races just using the metronome and have done fairly well. Good luck!!

If you really want to see the scale move, cut out processed foods and add asparagus and brussel sprouts. You will see a big difference!! Get yourself some running capris!! I would recommend either under armour or nike has a great dri fit pair!! Trust me they are worth the investment!! They smoth everything out and keep things from shakin when they are not suppose to!!
