  • I LOVE Gouda Moon Cheese! I always have it in my desk at work for snacking.
  • For breakfast I have bullet proof coffee which i thought would be disgusting but I love it. I use coconut oil, grass fed butter, collagen peptides and a packet of truvia. For a mid-morning snack I have a handful of gouda Moon Cheese. I get it at Target. You get a cheesy crunchiness of a cracker w zero carbs. Lunch consists…
  • I love Keto! No cravings, plenty of energy, food is delish and the weight is coming off nicely! I just started with the bullet proof coffee for breakfast and it really makes a difference! If anyone is struggling with food, check out www.ketonedbodies.com which delivers amazing keto meals to stock in your freezer. I have…
  • Sounds crazy but this makes the BEST chicken. I made it up one day when I was out of traditional marinade and now I make it every week. I don't measure anything, ever, so bare with me. Kitchen Sink Chicken Marinade: (throw it all in the food processor) 1 sm/med onion (I had yellow on hand) Jalapeno (to taste....I use about…
  • I make a mixture of coconut aminos (much less salty than soy sauce), grainy dijon mustard and course ground black pepper. Sounds weird but it's delish and packs a ton of flavor.
  • Heart of the wine country
  • I started doing Zumba in February and consistantly go 3-4 times a week. It is my main aerobic burn and I average 500-600 calories per class. As of today, I have lost 31 pounds in 4 months! I love it because with MFP and Zumba, I don't feel like I'm "dieting" or "exercising". Keep it up and if you stay on track with MFP and…
  • I love ignorant people. I do Zumba 4 times a week and burn an average of 500-600 calories per class....as per a HRM. If this guy had the slightest clue how hard you work aerobically in Zumba, he wouldn't be so quick to be a complete jerk. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought these boards were for encouragement and support. And…

  • ZUMBA! 500 Cals per class burned (roughly). Also, look up "Lat exerices". This will target your back. Good luck!
  • I like to quickly sautee 2 mini bell peppers with a couple slices of onion, then add 1/2 cup of egg white and 1 tbsp of hormel peppered bacon crumbles (25 cals!!!). Is super yummy and feels like a cheat to me. It's under 200 cals...roughly 165 I believe.
  • My friend did the HCG diet and her Doctor has since told her that he believes it caused her to get leisions on her liver. For awhile we thought it was cancer, thankfully it is not. I wouldn't recommend it at all!

  • Tonight I'm trying a recipe that I found when researching Biggest Loser recipes: Enchillada Chicken: Sprinkle breasts with Mrs. Dash Extra Zesty. Spray pan with non-stick spray or olive oil and set to med-hi heat. Brown each side of the chicken and place in a baking dish. Spoon 2 TBSP enchillada sauce over the top of each…
  • I call it my Crockpot Chicken Soft Tacos. Throw 4-6 boneless, skinless breast into the C.P. and cover it with a jar of Salsa Verde (I use the Safeway Select Brand). Put it on low and let it go all day. Remove the breast and shred with 2 forks. Place chicken back into sauce. Serve in your fav tortilla (I like Mission white…
  • I'm going to a party and will be bringing a shrimp cocktail platter. Who doesn't love shrimp? And each medium shrimp is just 7 calories! GO STEELERS!
  • I weigh myself 1-2 times per week. I try to keep it to 1 but sometimes I need a midway either reality check or excitement. I always weigh on Wed morning...after Biggest Loser night....but today I weighed to give me added incentive for the weekend. I have the Taylor Biggest Loser scale that is digital. Good Luck!
