It sounds pretty accurate to me. If you have been exercising for a while now, you're heart rate should recover within 5 minutes. Mine drops to under 100 in less that 5 minutes after my workout. That's a good sign.

I spend about a week and a half on each level. I don't really follow the 10 day "rule". I try to do 3-4 days back to back and then take a day break to do something different.

I burn about 400 calories during an hour class of Zumba. I don't know how a class compares to doing Zumba on the Wii though.

I'm still on Level 1, but have burned roughly 150 calories every time (according to my HRM).
