  • yes cleansing can def aid in weight loss. Depending on the cleanse it not only cleanses your colon but detoxify's your liver and organs.. Great way to start any weight loss system!

  • Its ok.. Sometimes you have to treat yourself! If you dont, you will eventually fail and give up. Once I get to a certain goal I will allow myself a cheat meal.. It seems to keep me on track! :wink:

  • Not to be Devils advocate I def think u should add it, but heard Dr Oz on the radio this morning and he said most couples only burn 23 calories during "dancing" :) I was floored because I always heard it was a great cal burner.. Guess you have to make it longer or more often...ha!
