I just start over knew but get some sort of workout in. If I binge on sweets I make sure not to eat them the next few days and drink extra water.

I have unintentionally been working out less and drinking more water. TOM is almost here and my lower back is killing me and I have a sinus infection. When I workout I don't always eat all of my calories back but I try to eat most of them back. Once this infection is gone I will be back to 5 days a week for 60-90 minutes.

It is when you eat a different amount of calories different days. (1200 Monday 1500 Tuesday 1700 Wednesday 1200 Thursday....) It helps you get off a plateau faster by tricking your body. For 2 weeks I didn't lose or gain anything. Easter weekend I started zigzagging and lost 2 lbs when I got on the scale Thursday.…

I usually have a protein shake after doing the elliptical for 25+ minutes or a long (4+miles) walk pushing the stroller. 3 days a week I have an hour of dancing straight into the elliptical for 30 I have a protein shake after wards also.

I add tea and crystal light as water intake but not coffee. I up my water for my workouts to 8oz for every 30mins.

I have an 18 month old, 3 year old and 5 year old. We play Wii Fit Plus and Just Dance. We go for walks when it is nice. I have a double stroller so when my 3 yr old gets tired he can ride. I will never do depo again. I was on it when i was 16 for 9 months and gained 50 pounds! (I am sure an abusive relationship didn't help either) Still can't get it off. I gained 150lbs with all 3 of my pregnancies and lost every pound but can not get rid of that 50!

I think carbs are fine. I worry more about sodium and fat. I think as long as the carbs are coming from good foods it shouldn't be of concern.

Thanks everyone. I just really want to eat cleaner. I had heard somewhere before that if you want to cut meat completely to take it little by little and do one meat at a time instead of all at once. I have been wanting to try tofu but I am nervous about the taste and what to do about it. Suggestions?
