  • ok so i just bought a horizon ce4.1 i think it was ok for a couple hours lol ..now squeeks ~sigh~ how annoying ...i do have it on carpet and manual says to put it on solid ground ?? toooo bad ..all i have is carpet. anyways , this machine has a retail value of 1200 $ and i got it for 350 and so far is doing the job…

  • so i did day 1 and 2 and took yesterday off ( I had too lol ..i could barely walk) today is day 3 ..I do my workout in the evening after work as it tires me out so i can actually get some sleep ...the only part i alter is the jumping jacks ..man are they dredfully awkward ( the belly flopping to and fro ) hopefully one day…

  • omg yes , i love running , biking etc and my legs usually get sore at night , i find stretching very well before a run etc helps alot and have a bananna ( the potassium in them helps with leg pain) hope this helps
