i just started my shakes yesterday , I would like to know ...should i still be eating the daily calories that MFP says i should ? also is anyone else doing this and seeing real results ?

ok i have to admit ..ive been doing so much cardio that ive put the 30 day shred on the back burner ..it was getting so repetitive after day 3 lol so i just stopped all together ..should i start over?

so i recently purached this bike second hand , i have done the 20 minute level 2 weightloss program and it says ive burned about 120 calories ..how accurate would you say this is as when i plug the 20 mins at a moderate pace in on myfitnesspal it says i burned 271cals or there abouts ....also does anyone else have this…
