Lay's has a Smooth Ranch Dip in a jar that has 60 calories for 2 tbsp. I eat that w/ a serving of baby carrots at 35 calories. So, 95 calories total.

Hi! I am Amy and I am a 39 yr old mother of B/G twins who will be 8 months old on the 14th. I am still 10-15 lbs away from pre-pregnancy weight depending on the day, but pre-pregnancy weight was still overweight.Ideally, I would like to lose another 30 lbs or so. I haven't truly exercised at all since the babies were born.…

I am on vacation this week but I am going to try to make decent choices anyway. I am "officially" starting again on 1/6/2014.

Peanut butter sandwiches. Cheap & filling

I switched the twins to Babies R Us store brand formula because it is half the price of Similac. Also, yesterday morning when they both fell asleep during their early morning feeding, I put them back to bed without burping or changing them so they wouldn't wake up.

Definitely get a Halo Swaddle Sleep Sack. It's the only reason I have gotten any sleep with my twins the last three weeks.

I am 31 weeks with twins and I have gained 25 lbs so far. My starting weight was 179.

I always pre-log my food when I am able to but I never log excercise until it has been completed.

My starting weight is still at what it was in 2011 when I first started MFP. I lost 65 lbs on here prior to getting pregnant. I am logging my gains throughout my pregnancy. Once the twins arrive, I am planning to reset everything to whatever weight I am at that time and basically begin a new journey on here.

Sitting at a desk for 8 hours every day.

I think I have gained more than I should have by this point. I was down to 179 when I found out I was pregnant and this morning I hit 201.50 lbs. Ugh. So I am up 22.50 lb and this is my 23rd week. I was sooooo sick the first trimester that I couldn't even think about going to the gym and I ate lots of sweets to curb my…

That is awesome!! I hope that I am as lucky as you to make to 36 weeks and no NICU. That is my biggest fear. The pregnancy has been great so far, other than feeling sick the entire first trimester. We are having a boy and a girl. I will definitely check out that book. Thanks!!

butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits, green onions. Just measure out your items and log them. They are not bad for you!

I am having twins and my doctor told me to eat around 2400/day. I think this is probably close because my maintenance was 1800 at the time I conceived and they say you should eat 600 extra for twins. I am at 19 weeks and have gained 14 lbs. I think that is a little more than I should have gained at this point, though.

Not right now, but only because I am pregnant. I have really been craving it lately.

17 weeks with twins and up 12 lbs. That's a few lbs more than where I think I should be. I was 179.5 and 5'5" when I conceived.

Here is an easy recipe that I used the first time I ever made banana bread and it turned out perfect. I didn't use as much sugar as it called for. You can tweak it to lighten it up. http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/banana_bread/

Definitely banana bread.
