Low Fat Strawberry Banana Bread
Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
1/2 cup Splenda and/or sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
3 bananas mashed
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Blend bananas, strawberries, milk, eggs, sugar, and butter.
3. Add blended mix to flour and hand mix.
4. Pie mix into a greased loaf pan.
5. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
Baking time depends on how well your oven bakes. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries. I recommend a blender to blend the ingredients. Let me know how it turns out for you.
