Ok so I finished the week with 962..under 1000 sorry guys! Next week my goal is 1240 so hopefully I can kick it up a notch and reach that goal. Didn't get a chance to write yesterday but did the 30 day shred level one..burned 149 cals bringing my new total 864. Not a crazy number but I am proud of myself for working out every day and I've been staying under my calorie goal so whoo hoo to that too lol. :O)

Just finished my UFC trainer workout.. 134 calories burned.. makes my new total 715. Far from 5000 but I'd like to get to 2000 but check in time, I'm gonna work towards that!! :O)
