Totally hear you. Weekends are my nemesis. During the week it's easy because of the routine, but because there is no structure on weekends, it's hard to stay honest. Plus, weekends tend to be party time, which means lots of beer calories. BUT THAT SAID, you can't let weekends destroy the work you put in during the week…

A lot of people have really distorted ideas of how they look - even some of the tiniest people think they look "fat", when to everyone else they look...skinny. Hot yoga is an amazing way to lose weight! Just be consistent in going, and patient, and you'll definitely see results. I'm not sure how many calories you'll burn - I've heard that in Bikram yoga, you can burn up to 1000, but maybe you could just pick a random number in between 600-1000 as a guideline. Good luck!!!…
