I need to start this again, my problem is, I cant do it every day due to work commitments, I work in the hospital doing 12.5 hr shifts on a busy ward and could just not be bothered working out after this, so maximum days a week for working out for me would be 4, not ideal, I know but in the words of a famous supermarket…

I used to be obsessed but the scales never showed me what I wanted, so it made me down and wonder why I was bothering. I dont really think I was 100% commited then though. I joined SW and seldom weigh myself in between classes and I am happy to say, although its slow and I am averaging 1lb a week, I got my 1/2st off award…

I will be 51 in July, I only have in total a stone-1.5stone to lose so not a great deal, i'm on my way to my first half stone, did post a pic in the bikini thread :embarassed: (highly embarrasing) and have decided not to post any more till I reach my goal because having so little to lose I doubt if you would notice much…

I have a done a few days of it but not consistently due to my work pattern but I am on holiday this week and plan on doing 9 days straight and energy permitting want to try and do it twice a day every other day, maybe once in the morning and once after lunchtime

If this is true, then I am having a cream egg tonight, I have had no chocoloate in nearly 4 weeks :sad:
