Toning up
Ok, so I may have gone from a 14 to a 10 but I still have a tummy, what would be the best way for me to get it flatter? I work 12.5 hr gruelling shifts in the hospital so wouldnt be able to get to a gym on these days nor would I havethe energy for much exercise after work.

I have only lost 7 lb so far with only 6lb to go but that 7lb has made so much difference, I was in a size 14 trouser and believe it or not todays pictures are me in a 10 :happy:

Fitness DVD
Can anyone recommend a good fitness dvd, I dont do gyms and as I work 12 1/2 hr shifts, cant always be bothered to go a brisk walk after work. I do have a physical job though, rushing round a ward all day :happy:
