I have just ordered one from Amazon, does anyone have one and is it any good, lol. Looks an easy way to tone up the bingo wings :laugh: and it helps tone the abs too

    In short(and nice way) No, and you wasted money.

    If you want to get rid of "bingo wings" then you need to lift weights and eat less.

    Due to not wanting to waste money, i have cancelled my order, so can someone recommend what weights I need, please, this is all new to me.

    You need weights that are heavy for you.

    Dumbells are a good choice, and you can buy ones that adjust as you get stronger.

    You can also do tri-cep dips on a chair that will help strengthen that muscle and diet will help lose the fat that is covering the muscle.
