  • Oh wow yes it says 1688 And I put activity level as 3-5 hours week of moderate exercise. Just in case I do more or less. Not sure really what to put but I know I do at least that. That is a big difference from 1200

  • Well I did the first step was changing my clothes and putting on my shoes. Did 45 mins on the elliptical for day 1 of week 3. Now I can have snack 3. I have a feeling this week is going to need more motivation to put on my tennis shoes but I know I can do it.

  • I start week 3 on Monday. I hope I don't get to tired of soups. Notice on week 3 day 4 for dinner I get to have real food again. Are the first 3 days the hardest.
