Exercise calories
I'm sure someone has asked this before but how many exercise calories do you eat. If any. MFP says my daily calorie level should be 1200 but I don't think that seems enough. I'm so confused

Eating before or after turbo fire
What do you eat before to maintain energy and what do you eat after. I will prob be doing exercise late morning early afternoon. I'm not doing shakeology. I don't think I can afford it.

Is anyone eating avocado like say on top of a salad or something. Or would this be a bad idea
