Do you really want advice? Everyone here is giving it... eat. Eat filling food and you won't be hungry. If you think 170 calories is too much, you really need to do some research. Not trying to be rude, but you are only on day 3. Experiences like this make people give up because it is miserable and impossible to sustain.…

I can never understand when people say this. No offense intended but most people who are here are trying to lose weight because they have gained it at some point... obviously eating way more than 1200 calories, and well above maintenance calories... so how is is anyone here can be struggling to eat 1200?? Workout, eat real…

Bad, very high in calories and the sugar will throw your body's hormones all out of whack. Try Stevia, a natural no calorie sweetner, you will never know the difference after a few days.

I have taken C4 and liked it a lot, but I got this intense pins and needles type feeling. I tried it several times, but it was like when you touch something and get the static shock, but on the inside of my hands and feet. It literally hurt... freakin weird. I've tried a lot of things and never had that! That was too much…

Good answer. Just remember, don't beat yourself up. A lot of times we turn to being "hard" on ourselves in the thinking we have to be to stay inline. This is NOT the answer. Feeling bad leads to making bad decisions for temporary relieve, which leads to more shame and guilt, and more bad choices. Brush it off. Today is a…

So your trying to determine what bad "habit" you should turn to? it seems you want validation? It's your life, you can justify whatever bad decision you want to, however you want to. As a habit both options suck *kitten*. Either once in awhile won't kill you, but you are a former smoker, so that is dangerous territory. I…

I would be happy to help you. I'm finishing up my bachelor's in Nutrition Science, and am a group fitness instructor. I work at an all women's bootcamp gym, and head up the nutrition program there. I won't say I'm an expert, but I am highly knowledgeable. I don't go around these forums as a know-it-all by any means!…

Definitely strength training. That is what will truly change your body, and give you definition.

Yep, sounds about right. Sorry to hear that happened to you! Not to know all the "coaches", but it seems to always be the case with stories like this. Good luck! :flowerforyou:

Well Fed is AMAZING. In my opinion the best I've seen. I love the simplicity, the mix and match style and weekly cooking approach. And of course, the DELICIOUSNESS factor. I have been living off it!
